Tests and Questionnaires are very different things in essence.
Ability tests will enable us to measure how able we are at undertaking particular tasks such as critical reasoning – with numerical or with written information. They can assist individuals to gauge their ability to understand & use complex information quickly and accurately in a work context.
Questionnaires, on the other hand, are extremely useful for understanding our preferences and ways of relating to other people, whether in a work situation or in our personal life. We use a range of different instruments to help clients understand their motivations, working styles and ways of engaging effectively with others. Who Should Attend?
Individuals who wish to improve their self-awareness and how they impact on others. Also, any organisation looking to recruit new members of staff and seeking to understand their capacity for processing information as well as measuring their “cultural fit”.
We are licensed to provide a very wide range of questionnaires and tests. These are available in a great many formats and we always provide analysis and feedback on the results. These vary in the length of time taken to complete but a useful benchmark is around 20-30 minutes of uninterrupted time per instrument. Virtually all of these materials are available via online.
