I have always been interested in how to get the best out of people, first cutting my teeth at leadership as captain of my hockey club men’s team at only 17 years old!
I studied History at university, going on to work in telecommunications in a variety of commercial and managerial positions, mainly in a call centre environment.
More recently, I had the opportunity to further develop these skills in the 3rd sector, working professionally as a youth worker. Limited time and resources encouraged me to constantly challenge our methods and approach to meet the changing needs of our learners.
This experience has shaped my new career in consultancy as I now work across various industries and countries as a facilitator, consultant, and coach. I’m delighted to be working with Future Proof Learning and such a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team.
