I’m motivated by making a difference – to an individual, an organisation or (even in a small way) to society. After over 20 years in Financial Services I now have my dream portfolio career working as a consultant, executive coach, and non-exec board director.

Previously I was Head of Research and Innovation at RBS and Marketing Director at Lloyds UDT, among other roles.

As part of the Future Proof Learning team I work with clients on executive coaching, running leadership development programmes and facilitating boards and senior teams with strategy and planning.

I travel to Northern India every year (pandemic allowing) working with the amazing people at Tong-Len charitable trust to support slum families and give them home through access to education and healthcare.

How do you like to relax?

Chilling with family and friends, reading, writing (and dreaming of getting published), walking on the hill and on occasions chutney making. And I am loving getting back to a bit of travelling and trips home to Ireland.

Do you have any pets?

A food stealing cockapoo called Tommy.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

I’m not putting that on a website!

Client Testimonials

“As a result of my coaching with Brigid, I now better understand my management style. The process improved how I manage and support colleagues, and provided me with increased confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders.

It has improved my preparation for interviews and was a big contributor to gaining a promotion.

Brigid’s ability to listen and to show genuine interest when doing so and the way she engages are real strengths. She has encouraged me to find solutions for myself.”

Senior Manager, Public Sector

“Brigid has been generous in her support of Cyrenians with her time and talent. I have seen how her thoughtful, person-centred and insightful coaching of colleagues has clearly had a very profound impact on their ability to flourish in their work. We are now able to be even more effective in the support we give to those facing the challenges of homelessness. They, and we as an organisation, are in her debt.”
