Our Values & Giving Back

Our Values

These are the guiding principles at the heart of our business:

We believe that people are at their best when being themselves. When you work with us, what you see is what you get. We share openly and honestly; we are trusting, and we are loyal.

Growth defines us, it’s what we do and it’s what drives us as a business. We’re ambitious about our own growth as a business and individuals but our true passion is your growth.

Making a Difference

At Future Proof Learning we want to make a positive difference in the lives of everyone we work with, and we will do everything in our power to make that happen for you.

We’re also committed to making a difference more widely and donate at least 10% of our profits to charitable causes.

Supporting the Third Sector and Charities

Future Proof Learning regularly works on a pro-bono basis with third sector organisations and charities, including:

At Castlebrae Community High School, we designed and ran an all-staff weekend conference that significantly improved team morale and cohesion. We also ran a strategic planning exercise with the school management in order that they could plan their proposed move to the newly built school. In addition, we carried out a number of enterprise activities with the school, including participating in an annual conference and running our business simulation platform which proved popular with pupils.
